Refund policy

Because of the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for sanitary and contamination purposes. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Soap is a personal product and even unopened, We choose not to resell the product since it has been out of our supervision.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Javon Handmade Soap reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order.

Scent preference: No refunds will be given based on scent preference. I do my best with scent descriptions. I use the descriptions provided by our suppliers. All fragrances and essential oils are calculated into recipes within IFRA standards. Also note, unscented soaps may also have a slight scent due to the ingredients used in our recipes. No added fragrance or essential oils are added to the fragrance free soaps. 

Allergies: All ingredients are detailed on every listing and on the label of each bar. While I am very clear about the ingredients I use, it is up to the consumer to do their research and decide what works best for them as they would with any other product they purchase for personal use. Javon Handmade Soap will not accept returns or refunds based on allergic reactions. I cannot claim any of the ingredients listed will cure any topical conditions either. I am not a medical or health professional. The main purpose of soap is to cleanse. That's it. Please speak with your health care provider prior to using any skin care product, particularly while pregnant and or while nursing. 

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS

Javon Handmade Soap has the right to terminate a transaction for any reason, at any time.

WILL MY SOAP LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE SOAP IN THE PHOTO?

We do our best to accurately photograph every soap so that colors and design details are precise. Due to the nature of handmade products, please expect slight variations, small bubbles and tiny imperfections. This is what hand crafted is all about. Each soap is unique!
